You will collaborate with IT staff, customers and vendors to restore service quickly. The role requires on-site availability, willingness to work holidays or night shifts, and robust experience with Microsoft Teams (5+ years) along with monitoring tools like WhatsUp Gold, Pingdom and PRTG, and mainframe tooling.
