Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, you will provide essential care and monitor resident well-being, engaging in regular communication with families and clinical staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Work effectively within a supportive inter-professional team
• Observe and document resident care and changes in condition
• Administer medications and maintain required documentation




• Assist with ambulation and daily activities for residents
• Create a clean and protected living environment for seniors
Requirements:
• Completion of a Personal Support Worker program or equivalent training
• Experience with seniors in community health environments
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and customer focus capabilities
• Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
