This position requires availability from 4:00 pm to 11:30 pm on weekdays and a weekend shift. Your main responsibilities will include greeting guests, discussing fitness goals, and addressing inquiries to foster a welcoming workplace. Strengthening member retention and satisfaction will be central to your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome members and guests to the facility
• Discuss fitness ambitions with each member
• Provide information about current fitness offerings
• Manage day pass processing for newcomers
• Ensure cleanliness of working areas and equipment
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in customer service
• Current CPR/First-Aid certification required
• Relevant post-secondary education advantageous
• Recent criminal background check required
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
