The ideal candidate will have experience in Ontario Public Sector (OPS) projects, a deep understanding of business and IT processes, and strong analytical capabilities to support digital transformation initiatives.This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by working closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers. The successful candidate will excel in business process re-engineering, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making to drive operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. Business & Requirements AnalysisLead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements.Develop core business analysis artifacts, including: Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Process Models (BPMN, UML, Data Flow Diagrams, Swimlane Diagrams, etc.), Use Cases & User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.Analyze business challenges and recommend strategic technology solutions.2. Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationAct as the bridge between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.Facilitate requirements workshops, Joint Application Development (JAD)
