1st Financial Bank USA is hiring a Customer Service/Support Services Representative to support credit card customers nationwide. You will handle inbound inquiries via telephone, web, and email, delivering exceptional service and issue resolution.
Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a 10% night differential for the 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. shift. After training, the position offers a hybrid schedule: two days in the office and three days remote, plus perks and 25 days of PTO.
