Vernon Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full time client service representative/receptionist to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, punctual and responsible with a strong work ethic. They will be versatile and possess the initiative to work individually as well as work well as a team. Our clinic is fast paced and the ability to multitask is essential.

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system
Schedule appointments on Ezyvet IT system
Placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment/bookings
Respond and manage email correspondence
Invoicing/billing; creating estimates, process payment
File documents electronically
Stock shelves
Additional administrative & housekeeping duties

Job Type: Full time

Hourly rate: $19 - $20
