DASCH is seeking a DASCHWorks Facilitator to empower adults through tailored learning experiences. This full-time role involves hands-on workshops, job exploration, and support tailored to individual goals. You’ll work alongside participants, families, and community partners to foster confidence and promote self-advocacy in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engaging, participant-focused Learning Labs
• Support individualized Skill and Career Development Plans




• Guide workplace exposure through tours and simulations
• Encourage independence and confidence building
• Collaborate with job developers, coaches, and families
Requirements:
• Experience in hands-on learning for adults
• Understanding of person-centred, strengths-based approach
• Solid communication and coaching skills
• Flexibility in meeting diverse participant needs
• Resourceful in problem-solving and adapting plans
