About the PositionFull‑time QC Technician, Richmond Hill, ON. Night shift (7:00pm‑7:30am, Monday‑Sunday). Hourly rate: $29.99 + $1 night shift premium.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and perform analytical testing on aseptic final product; set up, calibrate, and perform total solids, Brix, pH, density, sodium and organoleptic evaluations.Conduct sensory evaluation; taste liquid broth including meat and seafood ingredients.Perform line tests: package integrity evaluation, case inspection, case code inspection, peroxide test, cooler inspection, glass check, line start‑up check, hourly batch pH test, line weight checks, pasteurizer checks.Initiate and manage NCRs; place hold tags, updateNCR book, follow up and close open NCRs.Organize, test, modify, re‑sample and release all aseptic soup batches; conduct total solids, Brix, pH, density, sodium and organoleptic evaluations.Assist with micro testing, pH testing and plating; read plates, fillmicrorecord, investigate counts, collect,
