Dexterra Group is seeking a energetic Sous-Chef to direct the overall operation of food preparation, production, ordering, scheduling, payroll and onboarding of current hires. You will supervise daily kitchen activities, uphold Dexterra standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

You will contribute to menu planning, recipe development, current product testing and recipe management, while controlling costs and inventory.
