We are seeking a part time Dietary Aide for our 44-bed facility. Candidates need to have completed or be in the process of a Food Service Worker Program per the Ontario Long-Term Care Homes Act. Responsibilities include serving individualized meals, secure food handling, and kitchen cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve resident meals according to dietary needs
• Follow food safety and handling protocols
• Clean kitchen equipment and dining utensils
• Manage proper storage of food supplies
• Attend in-service and facility meetings as directed
Requirements:
• Completion/enrollment in Food Service Worker Program
• Food Handlers Certification from Public Health
• Prior experience in dietary roles preferred
• Ability to conduct moderate to heavy lifting
• Availability for various shifts, including holidays
