This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and gain in-depth knowledge of products sold through Auto and Recreational Product Dealers across Canada. As a Product and Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our Risk Analysis reporting for Sales and Finance, including Loss ratio calculations and Competitive rate analysis. Additionally, you will be involved in product development activities and updates to our in-house sales software.You will have the opportunity to leverage your analytical skills to drive data-centered business strategies. In collaboration with the Sales teams, you will contribute to the creation of innovative products and data-driven solutions aimed at enhancing Sales and Dealer performance. Your role will be instrumental in supporting the company's growth objectives, improving customer experience, enhancing employee and dealer performance, and reinforcing the organizational foundation of iA Financial Group.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Valuation files.Create rate files and pricing manuals.Evaluate profitability of insurance and warranty productsConduct competitive product and rate reviews,Make product recommendations.Review regulatory reporting.Assist with system configuration and maintenance, including testing and deployment of program changes.Collaborate with Product Actuary, Risk Analyst, and Marketing teams.Communicate effectively with Actuarial, Dealer Support, Sales,
