Responsibilities

- Support managers in, employee relations, team management and performance development to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational strategies.
- Contribute to managing internal employee movements, including transfers and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and working conditions.
- Help manage employee performance and attendance, including data collection and reporting.
- Support workplace safety initiatives and maintain accident records for audits.
- Promote employee experience through engagement initiatives and programs.
- Generate and analyze HR performance reports and indicators.
- The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint Knowledge of human resources management systems, including Workday, is an asset Ability to work on-site.
- Strong teamwork skills, initiative, and flexibility.
