Come join our amazing Central Zone Rural Team as a Site Manager for Two Hills Care Centre. The Site Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing leading care to Albertans. Your leadership, direction and organization of this department will be in support of the vision, mission and business plan of AHS. You will be making key decisions and establishing and contributing to the achievements and goals of the Seniors Health portfolio. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating change management, promoting team development, teamwork and coordinating staffing and clinical work as identified by the Director.Description:The Site LTC Manager collaborates with Area Leaders, Central Zone programs and direct care providers to ensure that clients receive quality care in a secure, competent and ethical manner. The Site Manager is the liaison with central zone departments, site and medical staff, external organizations and communities in order to coordinate and integrate client programs and services within the Continuing Care - Type A setting. The Site Manager provides leadership to the Continuing Care - Type A site in keeping with the policies and procedures outlined by Central Zone and Alberta Health Services. Current registration with CRNA. Minimum of two years’ management experience within a unionized environment.
