Braven is seeking passionate hosts to create memorable dining experiences. In this role, you will utilize your robust communication and organizational skills to ensure each guest feels welcomed. Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and seat guests to maximize restaurant flow
• Maintain open communication with staff on table availability
• Accurately manage reservations using OpenTable
• Prepare shift briefing sheets on events and notable bookings
• Keep the host stand and surrounding areas clean and organized
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills needed
• Valid Smart Serve Certification required
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
