Independent Respiratory Services (IRS), a division of Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada, is a full-service respiratory company providing sleep apnea and home oxygen therapy since 1996.ResponsibilitiesSupport branch operations relating to oxygen, PAP, and related therapeutics and diagnostics.Contact referral sources and customers to obtain information to update electronic patient files.Facilitate administrative aspects of branch operations while ensuring internal and external client needs are met through excellent customer service.Provide friendly service to customers by giving general information and directing telephone and walk‑in inquiries to appropriate staff.Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory.Provide information/literature to prospective clients.Create walk‑in appointments for therapeutics and book follow‑up appointments.Assist clients with funding programs and insurance requirements.Assist healthcare professionals with necessary administrative functions and documentation.Manage equipment, including warranty, maintenance, and repair for internal assets and customer‑owned medical devices.May serve as quality control designate or alternate, completing tasks related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for handling medical gases,
