The ED is accountable for effective management of operations, including human resources, financial management, programs and services, and risk management, while fostering a strong, healthy and mission-driven organizational culture.The ED is a key spokesperson for FSTV, advancing the agency’s profile through active community presence and collaboration with sector partners, government, funders, and professional bodies, while fostering a culture of fundraising and expanding revenue streams.About the IndividualFSTV seeks a visionary and strategic leader with a deep commitment to its mission and vision. The ideal candidate brings progressive leadership experience within the not-for-profit sector, especially in social services, mental health, or family services, and has experience working with or supporting a voluntary board of directors and knowledge of governance best practices. The candidate should understand community-based service delivery, be committed to client-centred,



accessible, and responsive programs, and balance strategic leadership with operational oversight, complemented by financial management experience.The leadership style should be grounded in compassion, transparency, and integrity, with a servant leadership approach.
