Procurement Operations AnalystReporting to the Senior Manager, Sourcing Operations, the Procurement Operations Analyst will dive deep into spend data to uncover insights and opportunities, strengthen the use of data for planning and decision making, manage key procurement systems, and deliver process improvements. The role bridges data and action to support smarter decisions and streamline processes with enterprise-wide impact.Location & Work ArrangementHybrid in Toronto, ON (3‑5 days per week in the office)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and present dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports to leadership to communicate procurement trends, risks and opportunities.Provide financial analysis and reports to spend owners.Analyze technology costs and perform benchmarking to assess business value, including identifying performance metrics for actionable business intelligence.Utilize data to support sourcing transactions and identify cost‑saving opportunities and contract negotiations.Develop and deliver reporting on supplier risk management and sustainability.Serve as a lead for tool development, providing continuous process improvement with enterprise tools such as Google Suite, Workday, and ServiceNow.Support changes to procurement processes, training for users, and procurement team workflow management.Support procurement advisors in managing suppliers for cost savings, performance improvements,



and value optimization.Identify bottlenecks in the Source‑to‑Pay cycle and propose solutions leveraging AI and other technologies to automate workflows and streamline reporting.Develop business processes and training documentation to increase productivity.Support continuous improvement of Third‑Party Risk Management processes and procurement transformation initiatives.Required QualificationsUndergraduate degree in a related field.3+ years of procurement and vendor management experience.5+ years of significant experience in accounting, finance, or data analytics.Desired SkillsVery strong technical aptitude, data visualization, reporting, and analytical skills.Proficiency with AI and a range of tools and technologies.Collaborative work with cross‑functional teams and business partners.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.Problem‑solving skills and application of appropriate tools and analysis.Project management skills and ability to lead and motivate project teams without direct authority.CompensationSalary range: 80,000 – 100,000 CAD per year.
