We seek a dedicated Shipper/Receiver at our Hercules branch located in Edmonton, AB, focusing on logistics and customer service. This full time position drives effective warehouse operations and order execution.
As part of our team, you'll report to the Production Supervisor and oversee the organization and inventory management in the warehouse. Your day-to-day role includes managing shipping and receiving processes, tracking shipments, and conducting QA checks on outgoing orders. Excellent customer service is key, as you may also assist the Front Counter Retail Sales as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage priorities based on order deadlines
• Oversee the completion of cycle count activities
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager for departmental needs
• Unload and sort incoming shipments promptly
• Maintain peer motivation and a positive work setting
Requirements:
• High school degree or equivalent is an asset
• Necessary warehouse experience required
• Familiarity with customer service practices
• Capable of safe lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Eligible to work in Canada
