Full time Junior Accountant based out of our Little Italy Location St NW Edmonton, Ab. This is a Hybrid role that would require travel to our Edmonton and Sherwood Park Locations.

Join our team as a Junior Accountant!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Accountant to support our Finance team. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, supporting month-end activities, and helping ensure the smooth operation of our business.

What You'll Do

- Process accounts payable, invoices, EFTs, and cheque payments.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.
- Assist with audits and year-end working papers.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Accounting, Business, or Finance is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Sage experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
