Eataly Yorkville is seeking a Prep Cook to join our Central Kitchen team, contributing to from-scratch production for restaurants, cafés and to-go counters. The role offers hands-on experience with protein butchery, sauces, stocks, ragù and vegetable prep, under the guidance of a Sous Chef Manager.
You will follow standardized recipes, measure portions precisely and maintain clean, protected work areas while learning different cooking techniques in a quick-paced setting.
