Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating setting to facilitate the growth and development of preschool-aged children.
Duties
Provide a secure, clean, and supportive learning environment
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Assist children with washroom routines, toilet training, and diaper changes
Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
Qualifications
Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
Knowledge of child development theories and practices
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
