This role is a key support function to service technicians, account managers, and customers, ensuring parts are quoted, sourced, and ordered accurately and efficiently.This position is hybrid‑eligible. The successful candidate will work full‑time in office for the first 6–12 months to build technical knowledge, supplier familiarity, and strong working relationships, with the opportunity for a hybrid work‑from‑home arrangement thereafter.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service when taking parts and material orders and resolving issues in a professional, solutions‑focused mannerQuote parts and materials sales for customers and internal service and sales teamsOpen and process parts orders and purchase orders in SAPInteract with existing suppliers to request quotes, place orders, confirm lead times, and resolve discrepanciesSource new suppliers when required to support regional service and project needsSupport technicians and service sales by looking up parts, manuals, and substitutes in a technical environmentCreate part numbers and maintain accurate part records in SAP and related systemsAssist with warranty‑related parts,
