Lightwell Learning is seeking an Early Years Program Coordinator in Vancouver to deliver three Early Years programs for preschool to Grade 3 learners. You will work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support learning, belonging, and success in a neuroaffirming setting.

The role involves one-to-one and small-group instruction, program coordination, and resource management with a focus on literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development. Start date is Oct 1, 2026.
