Responsibilities for University Campus Security Guard
Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
Manage access controlof entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal
Performregular Site patrol with G-track device, locking and unlocking building, investigating and reporting incidents and hazards




Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Maintain a safe and secure setting
CCTV cameras monitoring and operation.
Assist site staff and visitors to ensure protected and secure environment
Monitor and control special events crowd traffic and room access
Take actions during emergency situations as per Garda world and USB protocols
Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.

Qualifications for University Campus Security Guard
Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid Manitoba security license
First aid certification an asset
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
Bilingual (fluency in written and Verbal French and English)
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a stressful environment
