PAG Direct is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist (Evenings and Weekends) to join our growing team at Thornhill Hyundai!

Responsibilities:
Creating a strong, positive first impression of the dealership by presenting a skilled appearance and an efficient, cordial, business-like presence
Greeting every customer entering the showroom and secure basic information
Maintaining a customer rotation schedule and introduce every customer to a sales representative according to the rotation schedule
Maintaining attendance records for sales representatives
License all current and used retail & wholesale deliveries, and lease buyouts and transfers

Qualifications:
Friendly,



efficient and courteous telephone manner
Universal understanding of dealership and department operations
Exceptional customer service track record
Previous Receptionist experience in a fast-paced setting is an asset
Ability to work a adaptable schedule
Tekion/Reynolds and Reynolds experience is an asset
Automotive experience is an asset

Working Hours:
Monday: 10:00am to 7:00pm
Tuesday to Thursday: 4:00pm to 9:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday and Saturday: OFF

Compensation:
$19.00 / hour
