Location: Brantford, Ontario

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Brantford.

This is a practical, varied role for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, keeping things organized, and helping ensure our property, equipment, supplies, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

- Grass cutting, trimming, seasonal yard clean-up, and general property upkeep
- Snow removal, salting, and ice control during the winter season
- Organizing, receiving, and putting away stock, tools, supplies, and materials
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized warehouse, yard, storage, and loading areas
- Loading and unloading materials and assisting with general labour tasks
- Completing local pickups and deliveries as assigned
- Performing basic repairs, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting when able
- Reporting equipment, vehicle, building,



or safety concerns promptly
- Assisting at other company locations when required

What you bring:

- A valid driver's licence and a positive driving record
- A strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to work independently
- The ability to safely lift, carry, load, and move materials
- Comfort working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Basic mechanical ability and practical knowledge of minor repairs or maintenance
- Experience with lawn care, snow removal, warehouse duties, deliveries, tools, equipment, or general labour
- A safety-conscious attitude and willingness to follow company procedures
