You will engage with participants by providing exceptional nursing care in their homes while adhering to regulatory standards. This position requires a proactive approach, extensive collaboration with teams, and a robust understanding of clinical research. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute nursing roles for study participants at home
• Collaborate with Lead Nurses on care solutions
• Apply clinical expertise to solve complex problems




• Engage in operational development initiatives
• Act as a subject matter expert on nursing processes

Requirements:
• Active RN licensure and eligibility for compact licensure
• BSN preferred with 2+ years in clinical/research settings
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• Availability for travel and home visits
• Excellent communication skills in English
