The role is to provide comprehensive childcare and household support in an employer‑run home setting. The position requires a full‑time commitment with flexible hours that include evenings, mornings, and other times as needed.

Responsibilities
Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
Maintain a secure and healthy environment in the home
Organize activities such as games and outings for children




Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Supervise and care for children
Tend to the emotional well‑being of children
Cook meals as required

Qualifications
High‑school diploma or equivalent education
Experience in childcare is an asset
Personal suitability: organized, reliable, punctual, adaptable, good time management, patient, honest, and a strong communicator
Physical capability to perform light housekeeping tasks
Must be a permanent resident, temporary resident with a valid work permit, or Canadian citizen and authorized to work in Canada
