Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Technical Assembler / Warehouse Associate in the Manufacturing industry in Brampton, Ontario. Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both tools and materials? We are seeking a Technical Assembler / Warehouse Personnel to support product assembly, quality inspection, inventory management, shipping, and receiving operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of technical production work and warehouse responsibilities in a quick-paced environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork. A typical day:

Assemble, inspect, test, and troubleshoot components according to drawings and work instructions Operate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely Receive, organize, pick, and prepare materials for production requirements Package finished products and prepare orders for shipping and distribution Maintain inventory records, cycle counts, and a clean,



organized work environment Successful candidates will have:

Possess 1 to 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environments Read and interpret basic technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and basic computer systems confidently Demonstrate strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and organizational skills Lift and move materials safely while working independently and within a team environment Total rewards:
