In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will be exposed, and provide service, to many functional areas of the dealer’s front, middle and back‑office operations. Key responsibilities include supporting the fund operations team with audit, money moves, pricing reviews in addition to other day‑to‑day duties as assigned and manage Dealer relationships. Reporting directly to our Director of Investment Funds Management (IFM), the successful candidate will assist in the development of the IFM and UMA (Unified Managed Account) platform and act as a liaison with third party service providers and Aligned Capital Partner advisors and portfolio managers.What You Will DoManage money moves related to fund custody accountsHandle trade cancellations, corrections and backdatesReview and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly fund prices provided by our third‑party fund administratorAssist with quarterly compliance reporting and reviewsManage fund audits and regulatory filings for IIROC and the OSCAcquire a thorough understanding of the many functional areas of Dealer operations, with the goal of being an active member in evolving internal platformsProvide reporting to various team members and functional units within the organizationLiaise with third‑party fund managers, service providers and internal teams, advisors,

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $71,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
