We ship across Canada, USA, UK, EU, and Japan.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to support our paid media team in the execution and day-to-day management of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, and other traffic sources.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. Your job will be to bring those plans to life, setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, making daily optimizations, pulling reports, and keeping everything running smoothly inside the ad platforms.We’re looking for someone who has experience to handle campaign tasks independently once given direction, but who also communicates well and keeps the team informed on what’s happening across accounts. If you’re a detail-oriented executor who enjoys being in the platforms every day and wants to keep growing in paid media, this is a great fit.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and launch paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and other platforms based on provided briefs and strategic directionHandle daily campaign monitoring: check performance, adjust bids, manage budgets, pause underperforming ads, and scale what’s workingBuild and maintain campaign structures, ad sets, ad groups, audiences, and keyword lists as directedExecute A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements following the established testing planPull performance data from ad platforms and analytics tools, organize it, and prepare clear reports for the team to reviewImplement, verify,
and troubleshoot tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion tags across all active campaignsUpload and manage ad creatives (images, videos, copy) provided by the design team into the advertising platformsPerform quality assurance checks on all ads, landing pages, and tracking setups before campaigns go liveKeep campaign documentation, naming conventions, asset libraries, and internal records organized and up to dateResearch audience segments, competitor ads, and platform trends when requested, and share findings with the teamFlag performance issues, budget pacing concerns, tracking errors, or new opportunities promptlyAssist with any additional paid media tasks as needed to support the team’s goalsRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience working inside digital advertising platformsWorking proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and/or YouTube)Experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), including campaign setup, audience building, and basic optimizationExperience with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and understanding of marketplace advertising fundamentalsExperience with at least one additional traffic source such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, Microsoft Ads, or programmatic platformsComfortable navigating Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setupsAbility to follow direction, execute tasks independently, and communicate progress clearlyStrong attention to detail,
