Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advice on accommodation and return-to-work plans
• Identify sustainable integration opportunities for employees
• Establish and manage accommodation plans effectively




• Collaborate on return-to-work strategies with relevant teams
• Share medical information to support accommodation assessments
Requirements:
• University degree or relevant certifications in HR or Disability Management
• 5-7 years of experience in unionized healthcare
• Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of human rights and labor legislation
• Solid analytical and communication skills
