Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of geothermal power generation projects. Develop and optimize power plant designs, including thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and surface plant systems. Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. and external consultants through virtual communication channels. Stay abreast of advancements in geothermal technology, exploration techniques, and regulatory requirements. Requirements

Master's degree or PhD in Geothermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the geothermal energy industry. Proven expertise in geothermal resource assessment, reservoir modeling, and well engineering. Strong understanding of geothermal power plant cycles (e.g., binary, flash steam) and related equipment.
