Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare nutritious meals adhering to dietary guidelines
• Follow recipes, production sheets, and menu requirements




• Monitor food quality and report any issues
• Manage departmental operations in the team leader's absence
• Engage with residents to understand their food preferences
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Valid Protected Food Handling and/or Smart Serve certificate
• Experience in institutional or hospitality cooking
• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Successful Vulnerable Sector Check
