Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified individual to join our Sales and Design team working out of our Abbotsford office. Our unique range of jobs includes installations in performing arts venues (sound, video, lighting), churches, restaurants and hospitality and corporate boardrooms. The job is highly commission based and requires a driven individual who is ready to dig in and fight to win jobs. You will be primarily working in an office setting but will regularly need to attend site visits and be on the lookout for new customers and opportunities.Our sales people are also our designers, so strong technical knowledge is required in addition to interpersonal skills in order to be successful.Ideal CandidateYou should be an energetic self‑starter who embodies our core values, driven and dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients and team, and capable of working with a team of motivated professionals.Qualifications1 year AV sales experience (required)2 years AV experience (installation or other) (required)Experience with AV systems is required (sales side or install/technician/operation side)Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google software (Word, Excel, Sheets, Docs,



etc.)Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize urgent mattersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA valid Class 5 Driver's License with reliable transportationiPhone or Android SmartphoneExperience with control and DSP systems is beneficial in the design processResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for finding new business, developing relationships, determining customer needs, designing solutions, and overseeing the implementation and handover process.
