Join the Otipemisiwak Métis Government as an Integrated Services Manager in Edmonton. This full time role focuses on leadership and enhancing collaboration within Children and Family Services.

In this pivotal position, you will drive the integration of services to promote the well-being of Métis families. Working closely with various departments, you will uphold a high-performing Shared Services model, ensuring effective program management and operational guidance. Your role will include mentoring team members, evaluating resources, and fostering partnerships that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure high-quality support through a shared services model • Collaborate with leadership to enhance service delivery • Manage staff and oversee program work plans • Review and update relevant resources and tools • Create space for cultural integration within programming

Requirements: • Relevant degree in Health, Social Services, or similar • At least three years in a leadership role • Proven experience in program development • Strong analytical and planning skills • Familiarity with Métis history and culture
