Job Details

- Hourly Wage: $15.30 to $18.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
- Vacancies: 1
- Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 30 to 44 hours per week
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Work settings: Restaurant
- Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job Requirements

- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 month to less than 7 months

Job Duties

- Assist in the preparation, heating, and final touches of basic food items




- Aid in unloading food supplies from delivery trucks alongside kitchen staff
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas
- Thoroughly clean and dry utensils, cooking equipment, and cutting boards
- Organize and return utensils, cookware, dishes, and cutting boards to designated storage areas
- Package take‑out food neatly and securely
- Dispose of garbage, replace bags, and clean garbage receptacles
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed
