If you require accommodation, please let us know and we will work with you to meet your needs in a timely and respectful manner.ResponsibilitiesQuality Systems & StandardsAssist with defining, developing, and implementing quality assurance practices, procedures, test plans, and QA assessments.Interpret regulatory quality documents and customer specifications for application to manufacturing and quality systems.Support quality planning activities including Control Plans, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Gauging, MSA, SPC, and TS requirements.Ensure change management processes are followed, including proper tracking through change management software.Maintain understanding of organizational change initiatives and address challenges constructively.Supplier & Materials QualitySupport supplier relationships through communication, corrective actions, performance evaluations, and audits.Audit incoming supplier materials and report findings.Corrective Action & Problem SolvingInitiate and participate in quick response activities, root cause investigations, and implementation of corrective actions for customer, supplier, and internal concerns.Verify effectiveness of corrective actions.Follow up daily on QIR and NCR reported issues.Continuous ImprovementPartner with internal teams on continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing COPQ and scrap.Participate in Kaizen initiatives and 5S activities.Collaborate with departments to revise and improve company procedures and processes.Audits & ComplianceConduct audits, close findings, prepare reports, and determine corrective and preventative actions.Conduct internal, functional, and configuration audits,
