As a key member of the Fitness and Longevity Department, you will design and conduct engaging classes that motivate participants. Your responsibility will also include coaching on HYROX movements and running high-energy sessions. This role emphasizes both safety and community building among fitness enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver registered small group HYROX training sessions • Teach and demonstrate race-specific functional movements • Oversee class dynamics, timing, and transitions • Monitor participants to ensure correct exercise techniques • Maintain a well-equipped and safe training environment
Requirements: • Minimum of 1-2 years in fitness instruction or personal training • Valid Training Certification from a recognized authority • Current First Aid Certificate with CPR-C training • Solid grasp of exercise physiology and anatomy • Previous coaching experience in small-group settings advantageous
