To meet the growing demand for our product we’re looking for a CNC & FabricationLead to take ownership of production flow across a wide range of advancedCNC technologies, lead a team of operators and team leads, and drive continuousimprovement in safety, quality, and throughput.

This role is ideal forsomeone with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys solving problems on thefloor, optimizing processes, and developing people in a fast-paced CNC andfabrication setting.

WhatYou’ll Do:

Lead daily production flowacross CNC laser, brake, and machining operations

Coordinate labour, machinecapacity, and material flow to meet production targets

Identify and resolvebottlenecks across cutting, forming, and machining processes

Monitor production performanceand adjust priorities to maintain schedule and quality

Lead structured problem-solvingon quality issues and production disruptions

Ensure safety standards andoperating procedures are consistently followed

Support training anddevelopment of operators and team leads

Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and stabilize processes
