Our team offers commercial, corporate and partnership law advisory services, including due diligence, re‐organisations, mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, transfer pricing, and drafting contracts and employment policies.ResponsibilitiesUtilize technical legal and procedural understanding of corporate and employment law and apply it to client situations.Assist in drafting, reviewing and analysing corporate commercial contracts, including service agreements and joint operating agreements.Ensure applications, agreements and contracts are filed timely.Meet with Corporate Lawyers to discuss client questions and report back.Support drafting emails responding to client queries and building trust through communication.Assist in elaborating scopes of work and client step‐memos.Follow up with internal teams to ensure processes align with client requests.Ensure lawyers are advised of client‐related issues.Attend seminars and professional development courses relevant to the specialty area.Preferred KnowledgeMergers and AcquisitionsDistribution, licensing and shareholder agreementsCorporate governanceIncorporations and organisations (Ontario, Quebec and federal)Amendments, dissolutions, continuances and amalgamations (Ontario,
