Description

Full‑time position (30 to 40 hours per week).

Starts as soon as possible.

On‑site work in the family's home. Remote work is not available.

Work site environment: non‑smoking and scent free. Public transportation is available.

Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live‑in basis; this is not a condition of employment.

Tasks
Assume full responsibility for the household in the parents' absence.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Bathe, dress, and feed children.
Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods.
Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
Maintain a protected and healthy setting in the home.
Organize activities such as games and outings for children.
Prepare children for rest periods.
Supervise and care for children.
Tend to children's emotional well‑being.





Job Requirements
Security and safety: Criminal record check required.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: Experience is an asset.
Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
Languages: English.
Personal suitability: Client focus, initiative, judgement, organised, reliability, team player, patience, honesty.

Eligible Candidates
Canadian citizen.
Permanent resident of Canada.
Temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit.
