UHN is seeking a Project Manager for its Digital PMO team to oversee strategic projects that align with organizational goals. This full time role includes independently managing complex infrastructure initiatives, employing best practices in change management, project documentation, and stakeholder communication. With a focus on building solid relationships, you'll ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance the hospital's digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:



• Create detailed project charters and plans with stakeholders • Manage project budgets and documentation rigorously • Develop and deliver progress reports for stakeholders • Collaborate on project prioritization and resource allocation • Coach project teams and facilitate effective communication

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of project management experience • Undergraduate degree in relevant field required • Solid experience in IT infrastructure projects needed • PMP designation or equivalent is a must • Exceptional communication and analytical skills required
