Small Animal Veterinarian J Newmarket Ontario CAD130K- CAD150K / Year Full-Time | Newmarket, Ontario Salary: $130,000-$150,000+ CAD + Production Bonus Global Talent Partners is delighted to partner with a successful independent companion animal hospital in Newmarket, Ontario, as they look to welcome an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian to their growing team. About the Hospital This long-established small animal practice has built an outstanding reputation within the local community through its commitment to high-quality medicine and personalised client care. With an experienced clinical team and excellent staff retention, the practice offers a collaborative setting where veterinarians are well supported throughout the day. You’ll be joining a team of five veterinarians alongside skilled RVTs and veterinary assistants, with an excellent staff-to-doctor ratio that allows clinicians to focus on delivering the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities will include Providing high-quality medical care for companion animals Performing routine surgical procedures within general practice Investigating and managing a wide variety of medical cases Building trusted relationships with clients through clear, compassionate communication Working collaboratively with the wider veterinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes About You A DVM (or equivalent) with eligibility for veterinary registration in Ontario Previous experience in small animal general practice Confidence managing cases independently Strong medical, diagnostic and routine surgical skills Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities A positive, team-oriented approach to practice Salary & Benefits $130,000-$150,000+ CAD** salary, dependent on experience Production-based bonus scheme Excellent veterinary nurse and assistant support Stable, privately owned practice with an established client base Supportive leadership and collaborative clinical culture Long-term career opportunity within a respected independent hospital Benefits Competitive Salary Paid Vacations Life insurance Medical insurance Dental Insurance Vision insurance Non-compete Fear Free Practice 401k Why Newmarket?
