Our team is broadly responsible for establishing our corporate strategy in partnership with the C‑Suite, Product, Corporate Development and Finance, as well as scaling Clio’s operating rhythm as the company grows.Role OverviewAs a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll be aligned to a set of business segments where you’ll support the General Manager/ Product Manager in determining immediate and long‑term business strategy, facilitating annual planning, setting OKRs, building business/investment cases, and supporting our business review rituals to measure performance, seize opportunities, and course‑correct as needed. You will bring an objective eye, outside thinking, and a holistic company perspective to the domain experts and leaders at Clio.ResponsibilitiesSynthesize business insights to help quantify, frame and evaluate trade‑offs to deviations from operational targets and prepare executive‑level presentations in support of key business reviews.Identify hotspots in the business that require intervention and proactively investigate, strategize, and implement solutions with the respective business leaders.Lead research on growth opportunities through market sizing, assessing the competitive landscape, collaborating on product strategy and differentiation, establishing go‑to‑market fundamentals, and modeling the financials.Support product strategy by building long‑range strategic plans and supporting product operations & analytics to assess and manage performance as well as R&D; ROI.Facilitate the synthesis of cross‑functional research and analysis,



summarize strategic insights to develop business cases and implementation plans.Provide general analytical support for operational and strategic decisions across the Company.Operate as an embedded strategic management consultant and resource.This role is a backfill for an existing position.Qualifications & Experience4‑6 years of work experience in a relevant field (e.G., strategy & operations, product strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business development).Experience with market sizing, competitive landscaping, and financial modeling.Solid focus on strategic thinking and analytical problem solving.Strong interpersonal skills; excellent writtenand verbal communication.Self‑motivation, independence, and deadline orientation.Understanding of how to measure and evaluate performance across all business functions.Strong ability to query, analyze, and synthesize insights using a variety of datasets.Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.Bonus PointsMBA.BizOps experience in a high‑growth tech company.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. The expected salary range for this role is $106,300 to $143,700 CAD, depending on location and experience.
