Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee implementation of Extendicare’s Model of Care • Collaborate with teams to optimize clinical outcomes • Monitor adherence to regulatory standards and policies • Mentor staff to foster team development and engagement • Lead initiatives to improve quality care in the home

Requirements: • At least three years in long-term care as Registered Nurse • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred • Demonstrated history of successful quality initiatives • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
