As the Senior Barista/Barista, A-OK Café, you will support delivering extraordinary client experiences by creating world‑class beverages, managing transactions, services, and the service counter to create memorable moments.The RolePrepare specialty beverages and café items with consistent quality and efficiency.Inform, engage and inspire clients with superior knowledge of the menu, ingredients and suppliers.Uphold the optimal setup and management of kitchen spaces, supplies and food items while minimizing impact to operations.Support in managing beverage ingredients and café inventory to maximize efficiency and minimize food waste.Maintain the condition and cleanliness of spaces.QualificationsProven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage.Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's values and Business and People Leadership principles.Ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners.Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.Ability to work shifts Mondays through Sundays between 6:30am – 7:00pm.CompensationThe typical hiring range for this position is $25–$30 CAD/hour. The final agreed‑upon wage may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills and experience.
