We need enthusiastic team players who want to share, discuss, and brainstorm ideas with our top-notch engineering team at our dynamic organization.As part of a dynamic multi-disciplined team, your job will be to support the development of new embedded systems products, and to enhance our existing products. You will be responsible for all aspects of hardware development; you must be resourcefuland able to overcome new challenges using insightful design and engineering skills coupled with innovative approaches. research and identify solutions and develop the designGenerate complete and accurate user and design documentationProvide input to architecture and design reviewsProvide input and evaluation of new technologies and productsKeep current with embedded hardware trends and share knowledgeContribute to the release of manufacturing technical data packages for productsParticipate in maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere within the teamWhat You BringDriven and motivated self-starter with a keen interest to learnStrong understanding of electronics and engineering principles and application to real world useStrong sense of responsibility, commitment to quality and achieving deadlinesStrong debug and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsResults‑oriented team player who leads by example, holds themselves accountable for performance, takes ownership of responsibilities, and champions process improvement initiativesEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent8+ years board level development and hands‑on lab experience (CO‑OP experience applicable)Experience/familiarity in the following is an asset:Experience working with a multi-disciplined teamFamiliar with a product development processFamiliar with hardware test equipment – logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.Familiarity with principles of high‑speed digital circuit board design including signal integrity conceptsDesign capture tools (preferably Mentor Graphics)Requirements capture,
