Your responsibilities include facilitating social-recreational programs, supporting meal assistance, and contributing to care planning discussions through frontline observations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Participate in planning and delivering program activities • Ensure safe and hygienic operation of client care • Provide personal hygiene assistance and daily support • Contribute insights to client care plans during reviews • Assist in meal portioning and serving according to needs

Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary training in health or social services • Experience in geriatric community services required • Completion of current C.P.R. training • Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred • Satisfactory police reference check required
