What You’ll Do
Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations
Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way
Document all responses accurately for the signals




Learn and utilize multiple software systems efficiently
Participate in training and development for professional growth

What We’re Looking For
Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
Calm, reliable, and professional in a rapid‑paced setting with high‑pressure situations
Willing to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check
Able to pass a two‑week training class
Experience in customer service is preferred
Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work
